Our credentialsOur federal clients include the Australian Electoral Commission, the Australian Taxation Office, Medicare and the Department of Parliamentary Services. Our major state government clients include the New South Wales Department of Education and Training on behalf of which we manage the National Assessment Program for school testing, as well as the Queensland Treasury and the Victorian Electoral Commission. On behalf of the Queensland Treasury, we have managed the Annual Benefit Statements for QSuper (now a private organisation) for the past ten years and we provide the back-end accounts receivables processing to the Office of State Revenue, in partnership with the Commonwealth Bank. In the Local Government field, we provide document management services to more than 70 Councils in New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia, including provision of online systems for delivery and payment of rates notices.
