Operational excellence model

SEMA is committed to continually striving to improve our internal performance and the service we offer to our clients.  Our formal "Operational Excellence" framework combines the Six Sigma process improvement and the Lean operational methodologies.

Quality assurance standards

SEMA has been a quality assured organisation since 1995, and is currently registered to the standard AS / NZS ISO9001:2000. As part of this certification we conduct internal audits and also welcome client audits as part of contractual obligations.

Australia Post partner

As a Bulk Mail and business improvement partner with Australia Post, SEMA utilises stringent processes which reconcile all lodgements down to file level. This is far more comprehensive and sophisticated than stream/cell or job based lodgements in terms of reconciliation and integrity.

Risk Management and BCP

As with all significant projects, risk is a key factor and must be a prime consideration of any potential business partner. SEMA has significant experience in transitioning of projects from in-house to outsource or from outsource providers and have proven risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful and secure transition.

SEMA has completed a Risk Management Assessment and developed a Business Continuity Plan for the production of all services performed, which was developed in line with the standards of Risk Management and Business Continuity Management.
