Strategic outsourcing – SEMA presents at APAC

Shaun O’Brien, Director of Partnerships and Lee Bourke Director of Digital Execution, recently presented at the APAC Shared Services conference where they presented the case and the methodology for achieving revenue uplift and cost out simultaneously.

SEMA is both an outsourced partner and also facilitates outsourcing arrangements for its clients, within a framework that ensures successful delivery by the vendor achieves a win/win situation for both the client and the vendor. A true strategic partnership between organisations with aligned goals and objectives, under a framework of mutually agreed KPIs, where there is a shared vision, has the potential to deliver significant competitive advantage.

This style of arrangement has the potential to provide an organisation with simultaneous revenue growth and cost reduction – the critical joint metrics required to achieve growth in an economic downturn, such as the corporate world is now facing.
