Sustainability covers economic, social and environmental aspects of life and business operations. Behaviours and practices toward sustainability are shared responsibilities requiring proactive management at personal, corporate and government levels.
As a part of a global environment
It is our commitment to exceed governmental regulations regarding the management of our natural resources, including:
- Participating in the Greenhouse Challenge Plus program – a partnership between industry and the Australian Government in managing greenhouse gases, it provides a framework and guidelines for employees to actively pursue environmental outcomes in the workplace
- Installing efficient and power-saving electrical switching
- Using electronic communication and archival within the office environment
- Recycling of waste paper through contracts with paper recyclers
- Limiting the printing of our own marketing collateral and when doing so, using managed and/or recycled sources
- Using separate air conditioning units in less-frequently-used meeting rooms to more efficiently control heating of the building
- Making available recycled paper (where possible) in all printing applications

It is our commitment to provide environmentally sustainable services to our clients, by:
- Advising on 'green' options, accreditations and associations
- Offering biodegradable plastic options are available for plastic wrap and envelope window faces
- Minimising stock wastage by accurately projecting campaign requirements
- Offering full colour digital print technology to remove the need for multiple stock types and setups
- Recommending new practices via an annual sustainability review on our clients practice (on request)
- Providing digital execution channels such as email, mobile and websites
As individuals within human communities
We challenge ourselves to find ways to improve our work-life, environment and community:
- Focusing on reusing, re-tasking and recycling
- Sponsoring not-for-profit organisations and providing extensive participation in charitable events including CanTeen and Walk for Kids (for kids with Cancer), The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation
- Acting as supporters of projects and teams focused on environment and positive human behaviours
- Providing family-friendly employment policies that enable work-from-home and flexible leave
