Founders and Non-Executive DirectorsPeter Davies and Paul CostelloCo-founders Peter Davies and Paul Costello established SEMA (formerly known as SecurityMail) in 1980 as pioneers in Australia's first wave of business process outsourcing. They remain the sole owners of SEMA today. Initially armed with little more than shared enthusiasm and a common goal of delivering on corporate customer communication needs, the business has evolved organically to become the diverse and successful SEMA Group of today. Peter and Paul remain engaged in the business by mentoring the current leadership team. Chief Executive OfficerKeith HunterJoining as Chief Finance Officer, Keith has progressed naturally into our highest business leadership role. Keith's experience, both at SEMA and prior, transcends financial management into technology and operational leadership, having spent considerable time at Brambles. Keith brings a care and emotional intelligence, plus an attention to critical detail well suited to running a big business. Keith began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he did his PY, and has a Bachelor of Business from UWS. Executive Director and Chief Operating OfficerBrent McCullochWith tenure in excess of 20 years with SEMA, and the trust of a family member, Brent has played a leading hand in almost all our operational advances and national expansion. Brent has lead almost all aspects of our business, in all our branches, and in five years as Chief Operating Officer has overseen the development of a market leading operational capability spanning the country. Brent has a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (Executive) from Mt Eliza Business School.
